She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Collier and Lettie Hay Collier; her husband Calvin Russell Parsons; her son John Albert Parsons; her great grandchild Daxton McDavid; and her siblings, Arnold Collier, Ulysses Collier, Albert Collier, Jr. and Mary Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Parsons (Sharon) of Grayson, William "Bill" Parsons of Grayson and Brenda Kay Ison of Grayson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
