He is survived by: his siblings, Vernon Miller of Grayson, Kentucky and Nancy Davis of Grayson, Kentucky; his half-sister Elizabeth Conley of Arlington, Virginia; his niece Becky King (Alva) of Grayson, Kentucky; and his great-niece Cindy King of Grayson, Kentucky. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
