Luther Penington Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Penington (Grayson, Kentucky), who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Estill "Eck" and Clara Marshall Pennington; his wife Patsy Slater Pennington; his son Matthew Pennington; and his sisters, Clara Belle Pennington and Phyllis Jean Pennington Porter.

He is survived by: his children, Bryan Pennington (Susan) of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Renata Rodgers (Lonnie) of Beetle, Kentucky; and his siblings, Charles Pennington (Cheryl) of Wheelersburg, Johnny Pennington (Shelia) of Beetle, Kentucky, Janet Walker of Grayson and Sue Baker (Ron) of Thornville, Ohio.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
