He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Church and Murl Queen Church; and his brothers, John Henry Church, Charles Ray Church, Jim Church and Joe Church.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Church; his children, Sharon Reed of Springfield, OH, Susan Church of Springfield, OH, Julia "Doddle Bug" (Mark Laber, Jr.) of Grayson, KY and Hobert Church (Megan) of Harrisburg Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Ann Murray (Michael) and Patrick Reed; his siblings, Eddie Church (Darlene) of Denton, KY and Thella Allen of Denton, KY; his sister-in-law Louise Church of Willard, KY; and his nephew Scott Grim (Ashley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Malone Funeral Home.
