She is survived by: her sons, Steve Burnett (Ruby) of Grayson, Kentucky and Scott Burnett (Lisa) of Grayson, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ryan Rhodes, Makenzie Burnett, Adam Burnett and Missy Carty; her siblings, Jack Foster (Louise) of Lloyd, Kentucky and Phyllis Spradlin of South Shore, Kentucky; and her caregivers, Cortnea Greene, Roxanne Kegley and Amanda Rhoden.
