She was predeceased by: her father John F. "John Boy" Moore; and her sister Stacy Rakestraw. She is survived by: her mother Linda F. Cowan Moore; her children, Tabitha D. Johnson (Willis) of Huntington, WV, Danielle N. Crumley (Bobby), CJ Crumley (Kaitlyn) of Nitro, WV and Michael Crumley (Jessica) of Big Chimney, WV; her close friend Gail Combs of Grayson, KY; and the father of her children Joe Crumley of Georgetown, KY. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several family members and friends.
