Sterling, KY, Kimberly Justice-Powell (Mike) of Ashland and Amy Jarnigan of Dandridge, TN; his siblings, Peggy Kozee of Grayson, Brenda Roe of Grayson and Phillip Justice of Republic, MO; his grandchildren, Teddy Brainard, Brittany Griger, Morgan Kinder and Gavin Justice; and his great grandchildren, Garrion, Laney, Maisy, Aleigha, Jax and Harlynn.
