He is survived by: his wife Anita Brand Stamper; his son Brain Lee Stamper (Paul) of San Francisco, California; his brother Gary Stamper (Roberta) of Grayson, Kentucky; his nieces, Melissa Wilson (Johnny), Melinda Stamper and Mary Beth Carter (Jason); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lakin Wilson, Kaylee Wilson, Averi Wilson, Chase Carter, Claire Carter, Aden Porter and Xander Walker.
