She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Meade and Emily Sue "Tootie" Stinnett Meade; and her brother Rubin Ray Meade. She is survived by: her children, Vanessa Sue Tackett Church (Michael) of Ashland and Tommy Ray Gene Tackett of Grayson; her brother Hughie Jay Meade of Greenup; her grandchildren, Jacob Church, Gabriella Church and Logan Church; and her friends, Jennifer Adams and Destiny Goble. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
