She was predeceased by: her parents, Vencil Parsons and Ollie Porter Parsons; and her siblings, Ralph Parsons, Bob Parsons, Lonnie Parsons, Don Parsons and Thelma McDavid.
She is survived by: her sisters, Della Barker of Shelby, OH and Dorothy Flannery of Grayson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
