She was predeceased by: her parents, Greenville Felty and Ruby Harlow Felty; and her brothers, Norman, Jimmy and Boyd Felty.

She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Moore (Shawn) and Heather Shelton (Jim); and her siblings, Susie Fraley (Carl) of Grayson, Lula Belle Felty of Grayson, Dotti Moore (Larry) of Richmond, Randy (Debby), Ronnie Felty (Karen) of Lost Creek and Carl Felty (Linda) of Ashland.
