She was predeceased by: her mother Bessie Irene Oney Blevins; her stepfather Darrell Blevins, Sr.; and her brother Darrell Blevins, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Dave Blevins (Martha Ann) of Catlettsburg, KY; her nieces, Darelena Ferguson and Rebecca Dearfield; and her sister-in-law Loretta Blevins.
