She was predeceased by: her parents, Amon Justice and Ruby Marshall Justice; and her brother Kenneth Justice. She is survived by: her husband Tom Dalton; her children, Walter Shawn Limings of Grayson, KY, Thomas Dalton, Jr. (Patricia) of Grayson, KY, Lisa Limings (Rick Jones) of Grayson, Penny Barber (Matthew) of Catlettsburg and Tammy Dalton of Willard; and her siblings, Bonnie Justice of Grayson and Robert Justice of Grayson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
