He is survived by: his wife Rebel May Griffith; his children, Kenny Griffith (Heather) of Snellville, GA, Franklin Justice, Linda Sue Jackson (Drexel) of Fort Gay, WV and Loria Martin (Timothy) of Prichard, WV; and his siblings, Charles Griffith (Nancy) of Sun City, AZ, Ronald Griffith of Louisa, KY, Mike Griffith of Louisa, KY, Billy Griffith of Louisa, KY, Bonnie Comorda (Vido) of Lawrence County, KY, Myrtle Cantrell of Blaine, KY and Karen Griffith of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
