He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Joe and Roberta "Susie" Sagraves Blevins; and his brother John David "Big John" Blevins. He is survived by: his brothers, Mark Blevins (Terri) of Olive Hill and Roger Blevins (Billie) of Denton; his sister-in-law Donna Marie Robinette Blevins of Grayson; and his nieces and nephews, Dillon Blevins, Skyllar Blevins, Brandon Blevins, Christopher Blevins, Tyler Gillispie, Allen Blevins, Chase Blevins of John Thomas, Robert Robinette, Sarah Blevins and AnnaBell Robinette. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
