He was predeceased by: his sister Lauren Nicole Smith; and his grandfather John Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Smith (Jennifer) of Grayson and Lisa Riffe (Fred) of Ashland, KY.; his stepsisters, Tawana Elkins of Flatwoods, Carrie Riffe of Wheelersburg, OH and Lexie Riffe of Rush, KY; his grandparents, Verna Smith of Grayson, David and Barbara Richardson Fultz of Grayson; his aunt Jennifer Fultz; and his cousin Nicholas Fultz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
