He was predeceased by: his father Howard Waggoner, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Dora Sexton Waggoner of Grayson; his children, Addison Waggoner and Aiden Waggoner of Ashland; and his brother James Daniel Waggoner of Grayson. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
