John Gipson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Gipson of Grayson, Kentucky, born in Fultz, Kentucky, who passed away on December 18, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Gipson and Ruth Littleton Gipson; his siblings, Charles, Joe Paul Gipson, Geneva Mayberry and Mildred Jackson; and his stepson Kevin Duvall.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Horton Duvall Gipson; his children, Johnny Gipson (Kim) of Nashville, IN, Doug Gipson (Joanne) of Riverside, IL and Tamara Lindsey (Mike) of Muncie, IN; his stepchildren, Eric Duvall (Joyce) and Paige Perkins (Dean) of Grayson; his grandchildren, Gracie Leach (Greg), Jonathan Gipson (Megan), Katie Whitt (Kai), Natalie Weaver (Phil) and Wil Gipson; his great grandchildren, Callie, Rayman Weaver, Isabella and Joey Gipson; and his stepgranddaughter Inday Sienes.

Due to the COVID pandemic, face coverings are required and social distancing will be observed.
