He was predeceased by: his father Frank P. Rice, Sr.; and his grandparents, Earis, Florence Gollihue and Walter C. Rice. He is survived by: his mother Helen Gollihue Rice of Grayson; his wife Judy Prichard Rice; his siblings, Pam Hall (Rick) of Winchester, KY, Joed Rice (Sandy) of Rush, KY and Frank Rice, Jr. (Robin) of Grayson; and his nieces and nephews, Kasey Fischesser (John), Jessica Hope Rice, Frank Rice III (Jessica), Travis Rice (Missy), Candice Blackwell and Eric Hall (Mandy).
