He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Prichard and Lina Simmons Prichard; his brother Allen T. Prichard; and his nephew John Wesley Prichard. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Maggard of Grayson, Linda Blevins of Ashland and Robert Prichard (Dawn) of Fostoria, OH; and his pet Ashley.
