He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Robinette Blevins; his children, John Thomas "J. T." Blevins of Grayson, Robert Alexander Robinette (Marisa Carter), Sarah Jayne Blevins of Grayson and AnnaBell Faye Robinette of Grayson; and his brothers, Mark Blevins (Terri) of Olive Hill, Roger Blevins (Billie) of Denton and Joe Blevins of Grayson. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
