He is survived by: his wife Donna Brammell Bush; his daughters, Johnda Blevins (Carl) of Grayson, Rebecca Greenhill (Bryan) of Grayson and Kendra Hahnenstein (Hans) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kyle (Kim), John Kerrick, Kara, Kaelan Blevins, Seth, Bryana, Shawn Greenhill, Hannah, Ashleigh, Isaac and Laci Hahnenstein; his great grandchildren, John Shiloh and James Blevins; and his siblings, Elmer Bush of Alabama, Ann Bush of Greenup and Darlene Criswell of Grayson, Kentucky..
