We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2020, at the age of 82, Joan Elliott (Grayson, Kentucky), born in Huntington, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Bartrum and Iva Forbush Bartrum; her husband Clyde Elliott Sr.; and her siblings, Frances Forbush Myers, Myrtle L. Bartrum Rice, Betty Lee Bartrum Lewis, Mable M. Bartrum King, Mary Virginia Bartrum Kessick, Sandra Sue Bartrum Dennison and Danny Ray Bartrum.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Smith of Crown City, OH, Connie Rogers of Grayson, KY and Clyde Elliott Jr. of Grayson, KY; and her brother Rev. Paul Edward Bartrum of South Point, OH. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
