He is survived by: his wife Hallie Loraine Jessie Arms; his daughters, Mandy Horsley (Brian) of Camp Dix, KY and Leona Diaz (Vic) of Sharpsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Brianna Paige Horsley, Isaac Scott Horsley and Haidey King; and his siblings, Larry Arms (Mary) of Hammond, LA and Sheila Seaton (Joel) of Grayson. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
