He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jess and Virginia Albright Perry; and his siblings, Mart Perry, John Perry, Fred Perry and Mary Skaggs.
He is survived by: his wife Selena Sexton Perry; his children, Jason Porter (Rebecca) of Hitchins, Roy Porter (Christy) of Grayson, Virginia Lynn Steele (Jerry) of Hitchins, Jessica Steele (Greg) of Hitchins, Bobbi Emerson (Sam) of Grayson and Linda Sue Hayes of Grayson; and his siblings, Dorothy Evans of Grayson, Shirley Yates of Kitts Hill, OH, Catherine Barker of Olive Hill, KY, Everett Perry (Shirley) of Grayson and Bill Perry of Olive Hill, KY. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 mandates, all services will be private, with the interment in Perry Family Cemetery.
