He is survived by: his father Paul Caudill of Ohio; his children, Christie Thomas of Rush, Jamie Morgan (Karen) of Ashland, KY., Tina Cains (Chad) of Ashland, KY. and Alison Withrow (Tom) of Ashland, KY.; his grandchildren, Shelby, Jacob Thomas (Bubby) of Rush, Tanner, Alex "Scooter" Caudill, Christian "Blakey" Caudill, Tori "Victory" Caudill, Gracie, Bella, Sean Morgan, Kaylee Butcher, Mason Butcher and Jaidyn Morgan of Ashland, KY.; and his siblings, Danny Caudill (Cledy) of Greenup, Pam Samons (Meryl) of Ohio, Milt Caudill (Nancy) of Ashland and Janet "Tiny" Fannin of Grayson Ky.
