He is survived by: his wife Mary Maude Mullins Blevins; his children, J. A. Blevins (Sharon) of Tazewell, TN, Jennings Joe Blevins, Jr. (Stacey) of Grayson, Jarred Allen Blevins (Catryna) of Ashland and Jeanette Jo Coburn (Tim) of Greenup; his grandchildren, Dustin Shaffer (Courtney), Ali Nicole Blevins, Jordan Leshae Clere, Jennings Joe Blevins III, Kaitlyn Rechelle Shockey and Preslee Jade Blevins; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Rose Shaffer, Kassidy Rae Barber and Waylon Blake Blevins. He is also survived by many brother and sister in-laws who thought of Joe as a brother; and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
