It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanie Lynn Waugh of Grayson, Kentucky, born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rodney Russell Waugh; and her sons, William Robert Waugh and Rodney Caleb Waugh. She is survived by: her parents, Albert Lee of Grayson, KY. and Lena Conley Castle of Grayson, KY.; and her close friend Carol Cole-Waugh.
