He is survived by: his wife Cathy Reeves Rice; his daughters, Tina Rice of Ashland and Brandy Rice of Paris, KY; and his siblings, Vina Miller of Ashland, Faye Adkins of Ashland, Brenda McDavid of Greenup, Kathy Rice of Grayson, Judy Meadows of Grayson, Carol Ison of Haver Hill, OH, Chuck Rice of Rush and Don Rice of Grayson.
