He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Holbrook and Effie Webb Holbrook; and his siblings, H. C. Holbrook, Robert Holbrook, Blanchard Holbrook, Woodrow Holbrook, Raymond Holbrook, Martha Holbrook and Tina Bentley.
He is survived by: his children, Tammi Terry (Marvin) of Lexington, KY, Angela Dawson (Rusty) of Lexington, KY, Lori Holbrook of Lexington, KY and James M. Holbrook (Pam); and his brother Webb Holbrook (Susan) of Grayson. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
