He is survived by: his wife Pauline Greenhill Grizzell; his sons, Jimmy Grizzell (Jessica) of Grayson, Kentucky and Eddie Grizzell (Beth) of Grayson, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ashley Grizzell, Savannah Rogers, Dakota Blevins, Justin Blevins and Vanessa Kouns; and his siblings, William Grizzell (Michelle Martin) of Willard, Randy Grizzell (Brenda) of Grayson, Kentucky, Joyce Griffith (Mike) of Willard, Judy Rogers of Willard, Rita Rice (Scott) of Hitchens, Sara Decesari of California and JoAnn Grizzell (Ronnie Withrow) of Hitchens.
