He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lynn Smith Campbell; his son Stephen Campbell (Elaina Malone) of Grayson; his grandchildren, Reece Campbell and Kimber Campbell; his sister Glenda Flannery (James) of Oldtown; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Roberts Campbell of Grayson and James Smith of Chesapeake, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
