He is survived by: his mother Janet Blevins Barker; his sisters, Verna Burchett (Geoffrey) of Ashland, Faith Mosier of Norfolk, VA and Cathy Eckols of Norfolk, VA; his nieces, Brittani Seagraves, Courtlynn Lawhorn (Jeffrey), Abigayle Sherman, Diamond Sherman, Candace Barker, Kailey Barker, Madison Barker and Alexis Barker; his great-niece Harper Lawhorn; and his great-nephew Quinn Barker.
