He is survived by: his wife Debra Mullins Hallman; his children, Jackie Rednour-Hallman (Michael) of Ona, WV and Jamie Grizzell (Travis) of Grayson; his brothers, Bobby Joe Hallman of Springfield, TN and Eugene Hallman of Adairville, KY; and his grandchildren, Tyler Shoulders, Shan Hallman, Aiden Grizzell and Kaitlyn Grizzell.
