He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Bailey (Dave) of Grayson, Kentucky; his grandchildren, James Ray White (Carolyn) of Rush and Dawnielle Fannin (Jake) of Rush; his daughter-in-law Nancy White of Rush, Kentucky; his cousins, George Johnston and Konetta Littleton; and his sister-in-law Shirley Blevins of Michigan. He is also survived by 11 great- grandchildren.
