He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Dollie McDaniel Katschman Holt; and his brother James Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Bethel Caudill; his children, Michael Knipp of Greenup and Vickie Jones of Grayson; his grandchildren, Victoria Callahan, Mark A. Jones, Luke Jones and Liam Knipp; and his sister Emma Bommel of Jefferson. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
