She is survived by: her children, Rick Stapleton, Connie Sturgill (Henry) and Keith Stapleton (Judy); her grandchildren, Selina Bishop (Shane), Josh Kitchen (Tabitha), Luke Stapleton (Brittany), Brianna Jarrell (Anthony) and Nick Stapleton (Erin); her stepgrandchildren, Lisa Baier (Scott) and Scott Williams; her siblings, Loretta Jo Jackson, Ruie Jackson, Faye "Sug" Coburn, Mary Maude Blevins, Rita Shaffer (Mike Cains), Debbie Ann Hallman, Jennie Sammons (Sam), Jewel McDavid (John), Linsey Mullins, Allen Mullins (Irene) and Timmy Mullins; her sister-in-law Suji Mullins; her grandsons, Shane Bishop and Tyler Bishop; her great-nephew Dustin Shaffer; her son-in-law Henry Sturgill; and her great grandchildren, Josiah and Titus Kitchen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
