He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sr. Berry and Margaret Salyers Berry; his son Rex Allen Berry; and his siblings, Marie Griffith, Catherine Singleton, Lizzie Carter, Imogene Beal, Eilene Nolen and Terry Berry.
He is survived by: his sons, Phil Berry (Bobbi) of Grayson, KY and Bentley Berry (Johnda) of Grayson, KY; and his siblings, Charlie Berry of Flemingsburg, KY, Sherman Berry of Grayson, KY, Susie Brewster of Columbus, OH and Debbie Davis of Rush, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and several great- grandchildren.
