He is survived by: his wife Betty Rae Richards Bailey; his children, Harold Bailey, Jr. (Stephanie) of Middletown, Ohio, Joan D. Maddox of Hitchins, Janet F. Hall (Russell) of Georgia and Linda K. Mauk of Grayson; and his siblings, Bob Bailey (Carol) of Westerville, Ohio, Helen Walker (Kenny) of Grayson, Carol King (David) of Lancaster and Jeanetta Middleton of Columbus, Ohio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
