He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Hay Baier; his sons, Brandon Lynn Baier (Heaven) of Ashland, KY, Shane Nicholas Baier (Jesse White) of Ashland, KY and Gabriel Charles Baier of Grayson, KY; his grandchildren, Brooklynn Stewart (Dylan), Shaylnn Baier (Devon Savage), Tyler Baier, Laney Baier, Shane Eric Baier, Faith Baier, Koltin Baier and Saul Baier; his great grandchild Harlynn Wade Stewart; his brother Jeff Baier (Gwen) of Grayson, KY; and his daughter-in-law Samantha Baier.
