She was predeceased by: her parents, William Otis and Lorraine Kitchen Perkins; her former husband George Edward Holbrook; and her husband Robert C. Gumm. She is survived by: her children, Paul Holbrook (Chiwana) of Grayson and Mindy Burton (Travis) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Sarah Veit (Connor), Isaiah Holbrook (Lindsey Ryan), Paul Holbrook II, Jasmine Waggoner (Dylan Harris), Brody Waggoner (December Boggs), Brady Waggoner and Ethan Burton; her great grandchild Willow Veit; and her siblings, Kathy Mulhearn of Lima, OH, Frances Parsons of Grayson, Chris Thornton of Grayson, Billy Perkins (Janie) of Ashland and Danny Perkins (Janet Arms) of Carmi, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
