He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Cecil and Mary Elizabeth Sexton Waggoner; and his sisters, Sharon Navarre and Carol Linda Waggoner. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Wells Waggoner; his children, Clyde Cecil Waggoner (Crystal) of Grayson, George Richard Waggoner, II of Grayson, Jennifer Waggoner of Grayson and Kelly Michelle Waggoner of Grayson; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Jacob, Kayden, Jadien, Makyla, Landen, Brandon and Ashton.
