She was predeceased by: her parents, John Will and Mary M. Harlow Smith; her husband Chester Martin; and her brothers, John D. Smith and Paul Smith.
She is survived by: her son Donald Martin (Jackie) of Greenup, Kentucky; her siblings, Franklin Dee Smith (Evelyn) of Grayson, Lovell Smith of Grayson, Marion Smith of Warsaw, Indiana, Mary A. Heeter of Roann and Bonita Martin of Grayson, Kentucky; and her grandsons, Zachary and Christopher Bowe.
