He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Blevins and Nola Larue Isaacs Blevins; and his siblings, Charles Blevins, William "Ed" Blevins, John Henry Blevins, Dewey Blevins, Lorraine Gooney and Nancy Blevins.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Paul Blevins (Linda) of Grayson, Nellie Smith of Olive Hill and Mary Smith (Junior) of Olive Hill.
