It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flora Gibson McDavid of Grayson, Kentucky, born in Hitchins, Kentucky, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Van Buren Gibson and Myrtle Lee Tilson Gibson; her husband Ray Elwood McDavid; her brother James Franklin Gibson; her sister-in-law Patricia Haney Gibson; her nephew Chuck Whitaker; and her great-niece Laura Whitaker.
She is survived by: her daughter Ramona Rae Bellew; her son-in-law Allen Ray Bellew; her granddaughters, Vanessa Ann (Aaron Smith), Andrea Dawn Holbrook (Jeffrey) and Kaitlyn Rae Bellew (Quaid Mosley); her great grandchild Kylee Sue Noel Smith; her brother Phillip Caskey; and her nieces and nephews, Reeva Whitaker Conley (Kenneth), Belinda Baker (Tom), Doug Gibson (Patricia), Don Gibson (Kim) and David Gibson (Kim).
