He is survived by: his wife Sue Foster Burnett; his sons, Steve Burnett (Ruby) of Grayson, Kentucky and Scott Burnett (Lisa) of Grayson, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ryan, Makenzie, Adam, Missy and Marsha; his brother Bill Burnett (Betty) of Westwood, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Fern Burnett of Grayson.
