He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Watkins of Ashland and Jessica Watkins of Rush; his grandchildren, Triston Watkins, Madison "Nikki" Watkins and Cole Fletcher; his siblings, Roger Watkins of Ashland, KY and Brenda Stevens (James L.) of Grayson; his nieces and nephews, Sandra Watkins, Sonya Hall, Scott Ferguson, Jimmy Stevens, Roger Dale Watkins, Kristy Watkins, Megan Ratliff, Frank Watkins, Robert Watkins, Mandy Watkins and Kay Watkins; his great-uncle Ernest Edward Watkins of Catlettsburg, KY; and his significant other Pitbull Tank. He is also survived by many extended family members, great nieces, nephews, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Argillite, KY 41143).
