She is survived by: her children, Hughie Jay Meade of Grayson, Ivan Clay Meade of Nicolasville and Katherine Renee Tackett of Grayson; her grandchildren, Tianna Meade, Samantha Smith, Vanessa Church, Tommy Ray Tackett and David Meade; and her great grandchildren, Tristin, Grace, Levi, Jaylynn Daniel, Gabriela, Logan, Jacob and Pandora. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
