He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Lewis and Augusta Faye Yates Lewis; his brothers, Charles McKinley Lewis, Dwayne Edward Lewis, Ronald Darrell Lewis and Robert Eugene Lewis; his nephew Devin Wayne Campbell; and his brother-in-law John Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Terry Lewis; his children, Darrell Wayne Lewis (Rebecca) of Grayson, Crystal Gail Burke (Dwayne) of Grayson and Christy Racheal Blevins (Shannon) of Grayson; his grandchildren, Megan Lewis, Kanaan Wells, Karson Wells, Kasey Burke, Olivia Adams, Isaiah Adams, Brantley Blevins and Brenlyn Blevins; his great grandchildren, Ryland Pfau and Matthew Pfau; and his siblings, Jackie Lewis (Bobbi) of Rush, Audrey Lee Blevins of Grayson, Regina Jones (Chad) of Grayson and Trenna Campbell (Paul) of Lexington.
