She is survived by: her children, Johnnie Jenkins of Grayson, Jeffery Jenkins (Alisa) of Columbus, OH, Thelma Polcyn of Ashland, KY, Melinda Clevenger (Denzil) of Germantown, KY and Carmel Maggard of Grayson, KY; and her niece Mary Hay. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
